Air Blown Cable
Air-blown fibre optic cable is a fibre cable that can be installed in tiny ducts without excavation by air-blown installation technology. It can also be installed in the pipeline of existing fibre optic cable to save pipeline resources and meet the demand of real-time network expansion. It’s used in end user’s network with a blowing gun or a blowing machine from the fibre distribution point on the road to households. The cable core is formed by arranging the optical fibres and fillers in a curing photosensitive resin in a certain arrangement. A special low-friction sheath is extruded outside the core.
