Medium Multi-function Joint Closure

The MMJ is a fibre optic cable joint designed for applications demanding efficient and reliable cable splicing. Its versatility makes it ideal for use as a chamber joint, track joint, spur joint, or distribution joint. The compact design maximizes space utilization while accommodating a high fibre count of up to 144. Pre-installed splice trays offer efficient organization and protection for spliced fibres. Each tray holds up to 12 splices, ensuring ample capacity for complex terminations. For enhanced deployment flexibility, an optional multi-functional bracket allows for vertical or horizontal mounting on walls or poles. This bracket system facilitates efficient use of space in various installation scenarios. The MMJ features a comprehensive port configuration to accommodate diverse cable entry requirements. Four circular ports provide access for mechanical entry glands, while a dedicated oval port caters to heat shrink or additional mechanical entries. Two additional small circular ports further enhance the versatility of heat-shrink cable entry. This combination of features makes the MMJ a compelling solution for high-fibre capacity splicing applications across various network topologies.
